The Cambridge Rare Disease Network is a charity based in Cambridge building a rare disease community throughout Cambridgeshire. They believe in valuing, celebrating and supporting those living with rare and undiagnosed conditions through life’s journey. They offer a range of groups and activities reaching out to all of those involved in rare disease. They are seeking new members for it’s fledgling children’s activity group – UNIQUE FEET children’s activity group for fun and friendship. Children up to 16 years are welcome to join Unique Feet for regular activities with other children with rare and undiagnosed conditions in a safe and welcoming space.Read More
