EFDS have designed an Inclusive Club Health Check for all sports clubs to use to both assess how inclusive they really are, and to set some targets towards inclusion for disabled people.
On the EFDS home page you will see the poll showing that 38% of people believe a lack of suitable clubs is the main barrier to participation for disabled people. This is followed by 28% who believe that a lack of information is the main reason.

You may wish to work through this directly with your fellow club personnel or why not make contact with your NGB representative or your County Sport Partnership and they will have valuable advice and support for you too.
