Parkside Pools
Gonville Place
Cambridge
CB1 1LY
The Club is based at Cambridge Parkside Pools, Cambridge. Most training sessions take place there, though other pools in the City and surrounding area are also used in order to meet the needs of the Club's comprehensive programmes. They are affiliated to the Cambridgeshire and East Region ASA, and have recently gained swim 21 accreditation.
The Club's Mission, apart from promoting the sport of swimming, is to help to maximise the potential of every individual. This is achieved through the dedication and expertise of their coaching teams, the help of supporters and the work of the Committee. The club, however, is primarily a competitive club.
City of Cambridge Swimming Club has a reputation for developing swimmers in a very friendly, inclusive and supportive environment, and has over two hundred swimming and water polo members.
The club has training for at least one squad every day.
Clubmark accreditation introduced by Sport England is awarded to clubs that comply with minimum operating standards.
