Older adults taking part in a chair based exercise class

Local charity Forever Active who provide affordable exercise classes for people aged 50+ have teamed up with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) and designed a CPD to support sport and physical activity professional when delivering to older adults.

The 2 hour workshop on 12 October 2018 in Milton, will be led by Simon Hanna, Clinical Exercise Specialist with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT).
