Get Moving to Zumba!

LIVING SPORT’s 1 Dancing for Fun and Better Health2 are introducing a new class from their Bursary scheme, designed to help local communities and teachers to develop more dance and movement classes, getting  the 50+ within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough more physically and socially active

A brand new Zumba Gold class is starting Saturday 15th January 2011- 10.30-11.30am at Lower Hall, Centre St Pauls, Hills Road, Cambridge. 

We would love to see people come and try Zumba Gold. 

Free taster session on Saturday 15th January! Normal Class Price £2.50 pay as you go.

This class is part of a national Age UK programme called Fit as a Fiddle3 and through the Bursary scheme is working in partnership with East of England Polish Community Organisation5 to put on these Zumba4 Gold classes for the local community.

The sessions are lead by Marta Maj a qualified and experienced teacher in Zumba.  She explains ‘Zumba Gold combines the exciting Latin and International dance rhythms of Zumba and brings them to the active older cliental.  Zumba Gold is great for general fitness, mobility, posture, muscular strength as well as key factor in helping to maintain or improve bone density, vital in the prevention of osteoporosis.

2)      Dancing for Fun and Better Health: Dancing for Fun provides dance and movement classes for adults (50+) within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
