UKCC Level I Certificate in Coaching Cricket (ECB Coaching Assistant Award – UKCC1)
This course is aimed at equipping beginner coaches to work alongside qualified coaches. The role may include running warm-ups, cool-downs, small-sided games and small group work.
The course is designed to;• Introduce and develop the game of cricket to people of all ages in a safe and enjoyable way; • Develop and improve players (as people as well as cricketers) • Develop coaching skills, knowledge and abilities; • Demonstrate competence against UKCC/national standards.

Costs for this course are as follows:
For coaches resident outside the CCB region, not a member or coach at an affiliated CCB club or school:-(£210 + £50 SPC/FA + £29 ECBCA Membership) = £289*
CCB affiliated club with a junior section or school PE teacher at a school within the CCB region:-(£145 + £50 SPC/FA + £29 ECBCA Membership) = £224*
Junior Member (16-19 years old at the time the course commences) of a CCB affiliated club:-(£95 + £50 SPC/FA + £29 ECBCA Membership) = £174*
