In this session you will learn:
- To challenge existing perceptions of talent and develop a new model
- An understanding the concept of LTAD and its applications in golf coaching
- A more developed knowledge of periodised training programmes
- An understanding of young peoples’ physical development and how this affects the way we should coach them.
