Coach Development

COACHING:HQ, in partnership with LIVING SPORT, are looking at running a programme of courses designed to develop, upskill and refresh you, our coaches on the ground. In order to make sure we are meeting your needs, we want to hear from you as to which courses you want, would value, have heard about, cant get on to elsewhere etc!

LIVING SPORT’s Coaches, Officials and Administrator programme runs a number of courses, including the mandatory Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Appointed Person First Aid. We want to add to these courses with a programme that is not what we think we should offer, but what you want and need. Workshops are not limited to formal courses such as Long Term Athlete Development or Equity in your Coaching, we can run whatever it is that is flagged up as a development need in the county, from Employment Law to Nutrition, Bookkeeping to Strength and Conditioning, you tell us and we’ll develop the programme.
