Change4Life is a nationwide campaign to help people make changes to their lifestyles so that we eat well, move more and live longer.

Join Change4Life and you will receive a wide range of information, games, tools, tips and a free welcome pack. You can also search for what is happening in your local community.

Some of the initiatives that have been launched by Change4Life are:

MoreActive4Life - get active through walking, running, rowing or swimming.

Athletics4Life & McCain - give athletics a try to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Walk4Life - walk more and take more notice of your neighbourhood by using games whilst walking.

Swim4Life - get down to your local swimming pool and have fun in the water by playing great games.

Breakfast4Life - to get children to try new, healthy foods that they are unfamiliar with and probably have never eaten them for breakfast.

Bike4Life - to encourage people to get on their bikes, whether it be a day to day activity or an occasional adventure.

Play4Life - get up and about with your family with activities and games, whether you're indoors or outdoors.

Muck In4Life - get the whole family out and about and take part in fun outdoor, healthy, environmental activities.

Dance4Life - get active through dancing.

5 A DAY - combine exercise with a healthy diet by eating more fruit and vegetables.
