What is the ‘Dancing for fun and better health project’?
Dancing for Fun and Better Health project is part of Age Concerns national Fit as a Fiddle Programme, funded by Big Lottery.
This project focuses on getting the over 50’s more active by increasing the provision of dance and movement exercise classes within sheltered housing and community venues.
Each class considers the needs and interests of the participants whilst being delivered by experienced instructors. But most importantly they are designed to be enjoyable, fun, relaxed and inviting to all regardless of ability.
