Young People
There are lots of sports, volunteering opportunities and events to get involved in that we can tell you about, just contact us on 01487 841 559. Always stay safe in sport though. If you're worried about how someone is treating you, then call the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) on their hotline 0808 800 5000, open 24 hours.
Look in our Young Sport and Young Volunteers section for more information on how you get the most from sports, whether playing or giving your time to the local sports club.
