Sombo

Sambo is a modern martial art, combat and self defense systemconsisting of throws, pins and limb locking. Two individuals of thesame age group and gender compete with the aim defeating their opponentin as little time as possible by submission, total victory throws orpoints. Many types of sambo exist including sport, self defense,combat, special and freestyle.
