Suzi Boast did the middle-distance double as she represented Cambridgeshire at the Eastern Counties Athletics Inter-Counties match.
She triumphed in the 800m in 2min 13.19sec and the 1,500m in 4:46.29 to help the Cambridgeshire team to fourth place in the Bemax Trophy for senior women with 189∏ points, as Essex won with 239.
Fellow Dame Kelly Holmes-mentored athlete Lucy Dowsett ran one of the quickest under-20 400m times of the year. The Cambridge & Coleridge runner dropped back in distance to take part in the sprint, and up against senior athletes, she clocked a time of 56.59sec for second place.
Grace Clements was victorious in the 100m hurdles (14.66) and second in the high jump (1.65m), the javelin (42.88m) and the B 100m (13.02).
Laura Bass won the 400m hurdles in 66.62sec and the B 100m hurdles (16.21) and, along with Clements, was in the team that won the 4x100m relay (50.3sec).
Boast, Imola Asztalos, Sharna Emmauel and Dowsett, with a final leg of 56.0, triumphed in the 4x400m relay (3:57.91).
It was fourth place for the Cambridgeshire men's team as well, in the Hibbard Trophy. They scored 189 points to winners Essex's 255.
Christian Roberts was second in the 400m hurdles (56.27), the same position taken by Ed Aston in the 400m (49.25). Tom Carey won the B 400m in 50.64sec) and there was a double second place in the 1,500m, with Martin Reid in the A string (4:06.69) and Will Mycroft in the B (4:19.88).
David Leadbitter clocked a personal best 23.06sec for second in the B 200m, while Roberts, Sean Reidy, Josh Reed and Aston, with a split of 47.9, won the 4x400m relay (3:23.88).
The third Cambs team, the under-17 men, also finished fourth, in the Peterhouse Trophy. They scored 147 points, with Essex winning with 322. Darrellon Holding was second in the 200m in 23.89sec, and Jonathan Edwards was second in the shot-put with a throw of 12.74m.
