Glenn Kirkham and Hannah Macleod will be hoping to bring home a medal for England's hockey teams from the European Championships in Amsterdam.
Perse School coach Kirkham, who was vice-captain of the Great Britain squad at last year's Olympics, will be a likely starter at centre-half for the men's team.
They launch their campaign against Austria tomorrow (Monday, 24 August) before taking on Germany on Monday and Belgium on Wednesday in their other group matches.
Meanwhile, former Hinchingbrooke School pupil Macleod will hope to make her mark at a major competition for the first time with the women's squad.
Macleod and her team-mates will face Russia tonight, host nation Holland tomorrow and Azerbaijan on Tuesday.
