Congratulations to the LIVING SPORT team and in particular to Kim Lumley (Netball East Development Officer) and Ejaz Moghul (Active Workplaces Project coordinator) for helping LIVING SPORT achieve the much coveted Fit for Business Award by gaining 50% more than the required points for accreditation!
Fit For Business is part of the Creating Excellence portfolio and is a national recognition programme for Workplace Health and Wellbeing, it is designed to support organisations looking to embed health and wellbeing into their company ethos and behaviours.
At LIVING SPORT we take the health and well being of our team very seriously. Not only are we passionate about delivering sports, but we are passionate about taking part in sports and physical activity. Many of the team have strong backgrounds in playing sport and perform to a high level.
We regularly play table tennis after work, and also have a different team activity that we can all try each month. If you’d like to know more about how you can also improve the health and wellbeing of your workplace, why not contact Ejaz Moghul, the Active Workplaces Project Coordinator to discuss the different ways in which we can help you start an activity programme.
