Josh Gilreath touched down twice to ensure Cambridgeshire Cats' a British American Football League, Division One play-off semi-final showdown at London Cobras.
Cats travel to unbeaten Cobras on the back of a 25-13 win at Oxford Saints in the quarter-finals, with linebacker James Kocherhans racing 70 yards to open the scoring.
Gilreath covered a similar distance to give Cambs a 12-0 lead midway through the first quarter.
Oxford came back, only for Gilreath to grab his second touchdown with a 33-yard score for an 18-7 advantage at half time.
Saints pulled another score back, but Casey Campbell settled the visitors' nerves by crossing over in the final quarter.
