Holding runs a stunning leg

Nene Valley Harrier Darrellon Holding ran a storming 48.5 anchor leg for the East in the 4x400m at the UK School Games in Cardiff.

Michael Frankland of Peterborough Athletic Club was also in the East quartet and ran an opening leg of 51.3 to help secure a fourth place finish.

Georgie Ivens ran the third leg for the East in the 4x300m handing over to Christine Ohuruogu, finishing fourth in their heat but last in the final.

Adam Mohan was the other Nene Valley Harrier at the Games, taking 10th in the shot.
