Pupil will captain England
Han Wei Lim, 16, has been selected to captain the England under-17 roller hockey team at the European Championships.
The Peterborough roller hockey player is taking time off his AS-Level studies at Wisbech Grammar School to lead the country in six five-a-side matches in Dinan, France.
Lim, who took up the sport at the age of six, trains twice a week for his club and attends national training in the city each month and is experienced in the squad having represented England twice before at the Championships.
