Cambridgeshire Celebrate Age (CCA) are launching activities across the county and the Fenland launch event is at the Manor Leisure Centre on the Thursday 1st October 2009 and would love to invite you to come along.
We want you to come and join in a variety of free activities, including an aqua class, a showing of Alfred Hitchcock 1954 suspense film ‘Rear Window’, Dancing for Fun and Better Health Tea dance, taster sessions in Easyline (a form of resistance training), free health checks, and information from local services and organisations.
The aqua session is at 10am at the Manor Leisure Centre pool, with the afternoon activities kicking off at 1pm. For a full timetable of events please contact Claire on 01487 849912, or claire.smith@livingsport.co.uk, to book onto the Aqua class please contact the centre directly on 01733 202298.
