Junior Triathlon a great success

Fifty youngsters got a taste of the rapidly growing sport of Triathlon this weekend in an event hosted at Stanground College in conjunction with local club PACTRAC.

For many of the youngsters this was their first taste of the sport, but with many experienced triathletes from PACTRAC to help, there were smiles all round and some superb individual performances.

It is now hoped that many of the youngsters will build upon this introduction and go along to the monthly training sessions which PACTRAC will be holding at Stanground College over the winter months.
