Cambridge Cangaroos Trampoline Club members Max Fagelman and Cameron Fullerton won gold medals at a regional grading event in Norwich.
Fagelman produced his best performance in the over-15 grade E competition to finish first, three points ahead of his nearest rival, narrowly missing out on qualifying for the grade above. Michael Keelin finished third in the same age group.
Fullerton was competing in grade F and performed two good routines to claim gold. Eddie Robertson was a bit wayward but still managed second place in the under-13 grade F category.
Francis Pickup performed her best routines in the under-13 girls' grade F and managed a creditable fifth, while Imogen Pickup was in good form in the over-15 girls' grade E contest to qualify for her first final at this level and managed seventh place overall.
Cambridge Cangaroos will be running sessions at two new venues in the coming weeks. The club will be offering taster sessions for six-to-16-year-olds at Saffron Walden County High School during October half-term which, if successful, could become a regular event from January 2010.
Linton Sports Centre will be the home of Wednesday evening sessions for all ages from six upwards from 18th November.
