Fay Westwood led the way for City of Cambridge Swimming Club with an impressive seven gold medals at the Cambridgeshire County Development Championships held in Peterborough.
COCSC had swimmers competing from ages to nine to 17, with success across the age groups. Westwood was most the notable winner, winning the 200m and 50m backstroke, 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke and the 100m and 200m individual medley. She also won silver in the 100m backstroke and 400m freestyle in the 17 age group.
Laura Bevis won three golds and two silvers, as did Lili Roney, Jamie Gowlett struck three silvers and bronze with his gold in the 100m individual medley, and Felix Kerridge-Kelly won two golds and a bronze.
Other medalists for the Cambridge club included: Vicky Way, Louise Gowlett, Alex Holt, Amy Bevis, Daisy Bevis, Sam Auker, Nicole Bradford, Rebecca Burton, Stephen Shawcross, James Mills and Adil Patil.
