The members of Huntingdonshire Regional College Ladies six-a-side team are celebrating after winning the Southern League Students Sports Association (SESSA) Women’s Football League 2009.
The HRC ladies beat eight other teams in the five week round robin competition to be crowned the winners, with Jade Bell scoring 29 goals, earning her the opportunity to train with Aston Villa Ladies, as well as teammate Gemma Clare.
HRC are now looking forward to the SESSA 11-a-side cup that begins next month.
