Happidojo launch JudoFit for women and girls

Happidojo are launching JudoFit, a new fitness activity for women and girls over 12.

Created by Judo champion Dave Southby and run by top coaches, JudoFit is a great all-round workout for core strength, flexibility, toning and body balance. This four week course costs £20 and begins on Wednesday 20th January from 7pm – 8.15pm at Shelford Rugby Club.
