Peterborough Phantoms Under 14 stars Lewis Hook and Alex Whyte are two names likely to become very well known in British ice hockey circles after starring for England at a recent tournament.
Both players have helped Phantoms Under 14 team to top of the South East League and compete for England on a regular basis.
The recent international tournament in Canada saw the dynamic duo match up well against the best in the business to lead England to a final defeat against Port Huron.
Jack Hunt School pupil Hook finished the 50th anniversary Riverside Rangers Bantam Tournament as second highest scorer after captaining England all the way to the final while Whyte also played a starring role.
Hook scored four goals and three assists (including the match-winning goal in the semi-final) while Whyte also bagged key strikes in the round robin stages of the tournament which was held in Windsor.
The 13 year olds will be heading off on their travels again this year when they jet off to take part in another tournament in Hungary.
