St Ives Rangers have become Huntingdonshire FA's first deaf friendly football club.
Rangers have signed up to the National Deaf Children's Society Deaf Friendly Football Club Pledge, which requires them to make a number of commitments - making the whole club deaf friendly, promoting effective communication and creating equal playing and social opportunities for deaf footballers.
The NDCS Deaf Friendly FC project is designed to make football more accessible for deaf children, and was set up in 2007.
