Run 4 Health is a new initiative set up in South Cambridgeshire to get adults more active.
Weekly running sessions have been organised that are suitable for complete beginners and those who wish to run as part of a group.
Linton Sports Centre is the host of Monday morning sessions from 9.30am - 10.30am, while Sawston Sports Centre is the location for Wednesday evening sessions from 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
All adults are welcome for a trial session, with a cost of £20 thereafter for 10 sessions. All sessions are led by qualified running coaches with appropriate warm up and cool down activity.
For more details or to get involved in this initiative, contact Linton Sports Centre on 01223 890428 and Sawston Sports Centre on 01223 712555.
