King’s School lived up to their name as they won the British Schools Championship title in Bristol.
The Elite Under 19 Boy’s team of Ross Weatherburn, Andy Gladders, Andrew Aistrup and David Bedford won the title by six points, improving on last year’s fourth place finish.
Weatherburn impressed in the individual event aswell by finishing third, moving up from fifth after his strong first round effort. The Elite Under 15 Boy’s team including Matthews Gladders, the younger brother of Andy, performed strongly with Matthew setting a new personal best score on his way to fifth.
