Cambridge Squash Club and Hunts County Squash Club are running squash camps in Easter and the summer respectively.
Cambridge’s camp will be a three day programme from 10am to 3pm on 6th – 8th April. The programme will cover areas including shot technique, movement, tactics and video analysis.
Tailored programmes can be designed to suit playing standards from an improving club junior to regional squad. The camp costs £25 per day or £70 for the full three days, and book onto a place please contact Bob Maison at maisonbob@googlemail.com.
The Sports Academy Elite squash summer camp will take place from 10am to 4pm on 2nd – 9th August for 11 – 16 year olds. Coaching will come from three Level 3 squash coaches, former world player Tania Bailey and personal trainer James Bamford.
Only 16 places are available for the county level and above players, at a cost of £250 per person or £180 to local player boarding another participant. Interested participants should contact James Powley on 01480 498114 or visit the club’s website at www.huntscountysquash.co.uk.
