Cambridge Triathlon Club members George Schwiening and Will Clarke both won silver medals at the British Elite Duathlon Championships on Sunday 28th March.
In the Female Youth race (2.5k run / 10k bike / 2.5k run), George put in a strong final run to grab second place while clubmate Alice Sharpe finished 8th.
In the Men's Senior event (5k run / 20k bike / 2.5k run), Will was right on the pace but lost out by just 2 seconds to the lightning-fast transitions of former World Champion Tim Don. Adam Tapley competed well in the Male Youth race to claim 15th place.
