Aerobics Classes in Cambridgeshire

Aerobics Instructor, Jess Ison, is running a series of classes and fitness instructing across Cambridgeshire.

Current classes running are:

  • Bluntisham Village Hall - Tuesday Evenings - 6.30-7.30pm (Aerobics)
  • Lakeside Lodge Pidley - Wednesday Evenings - 7.15-8.15pm (Aerobics)
  • Bottisham Village College - Thursday Evenings - 6-7pm (Legs,Bums and Tums)
  • Colne Village Hall - Saturday mornings - 9.30-10.30am (Legs,Bums and Tums)

Jess will also be working with LIVING SPORT’s Active Workplaces project, which aims to create a fitter and healthier workforce in Peterborough and Fenland by providing opportunities for sport and physical activity in the workplace.

The project will be working with businesses and offering them a FREE 12 week sport and physical activity programme that can help employees make a positive change towards a healthier lifestyle.
