You are invited to take part in one of the wonderful Nordic Walk for Health sessions that are taking place in Northamptonshire this week as part of the NHS well-being festival 2010.
Nordic Walking is one of the fastest growing leisure activities in Britain today. It is low impact, fabulous fun and great for well-being.
British Nordic Walking Instructor Sue Barnett will lead these sessions on Sunday 20th May from Fermyn Woods Country Park.
No prior experience necessary, all ages and abilities are welcome to join in the fun. Session 1 starts at 10am and session 2 starts at 1pm, while each session will last two hours.
It will be fun, you will make new friends and enjoy the beautiful country park, birds, bugs and butterfly haven. You will be mad to miss it at this price only £1.00 per person. Pre-booking is required.
Car parking is £2.00 and refreshments are available in the Skylark café. Car sharing is suggested to help save energy.
