Learn to Nordic Walk for Health and Fitness

Peterborough based Active Edge Solutions can help to improve your Health and Fitness with a Learn to Nordic Walk for Health & Fitness or well-being starting on Friday 16th July 2010 from 6.30pm to 8pm.

The sessions will each last 1.5 hours and will run over 4 weeks at venue in Peterborough that is to be confirmed. An early bird discount of £35 per person is available for those booking immediately.

Learn this amazing, fun fitness activity that helps you loose excess pounds and puts you at one with nature. The participants will be taking their first Nordic Walking steps, guided by INWA British Nordic Walk Instructor, Sue Burnett.

No experience necessary, all ages and abilities are welcome. Pre-booking is essential - maximum 12 places.
