Cambridge City Hockey Club Open Day

Cambridge City Hockey Club are opening their doors to show the world what hockey has to offer. The event is an action packed exhibition of all things hockey! Our ladies and mens 1st XIs will be playing preseason friendlies, the ladies against a fellow National League team, the men face an ‘International XI’ selected by England Hockey President and Goalkeeping legend Simon Mason. The event will be held at Cambridge Univeristy Sport Grounds, Wilberforce Road and will run from 10am – 6pm (events will continue into the late evening).

Around the hockey there will be entertainment throughout the day, a 100 mile sponsored run, a hockey coconut shy, a cross bar challenge and much more! There will be a junior coaching session lead by the Head of Junior Girls Hockey, Simon Webb which will be open to both boys and girls (registration before hand is required).

In the evening there will be an opportunity to sample the social life of the club which is open to all ages. If you are interested then please visit www.cambridgecityhc.org or email info@cambridgecityhc.org
