The Roller Hockey Under 17’s European Championships came to an end this week-end in Northampton. Nine teams participated from France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and England.
Peterborough City players including Peter Hunt, Michael Carter and Oliver Johnson and Cottenham player James Neville were all named in the England team.
The competition was a huge success and the England Squad lived up to the huge expectations of the crow by securing the bronze medal position beating Italy 2-0 in an exciting semi-final.
