Former Hinchingbrooke School pupil Hannah McLeod is currently in Rosario, Argentina at the Women’s Hockey World Cup after being selected to compete in the Commonwealth Games in October.
McLeod and her team-mates had a cracking start in the competition beating Spain and China. Despite a draw against Korea, they beat South Africa 2-1 and made it through to the semi-finals. They came second in their pool just after Argentina and will be playing the Netherlands on September 9th for a place in the final.
