Marks and Spencer have teamed up with Sport England and LIVING SPORT to bring you a choice of activities to help you get fitter and healthier.
The classes are fun and friendly, with the reward of M&S spend & save vouchers when you take part - a great incentive to get moving!
The Get Back Into programme, is for anyone aged 16 or older who wants to start playing sport or take up a more active lifestyle again, with other people like themselves. Sessions are relaxed and fun, led by experienced coaches and instructors, and are a gentle introduction back into sport and physical activity. The programme has been running successfully – led by the county sports partnerships - in the East of England for the last 2 years, and has seen thousands of people becoming more active again.
From September 2010, M&S is lending its support to the programme, to take sport and physical activity to even more people.
