Get Back Into activities available NOW!!

Marks and Spencer have teamed up with Sport England and LIVING SPORT to bring you a choice of activities to help you get fitter and healthier. The Get Back Into programme, is for anyone aged 16 or older who wants to start playing sport or take up a more active lifestyle again, with other people like themselves. Activities range from Football to Nordic Walking so there is a mix of activities for everyone. The classes are fun, friendly and relaxed led by experienced coaches and instructors, and are a gentle introduction back into sport and physical activity. With the reward of M&S spend & save vouchers when you take part its a great incentive to get moving!
