What is Dancing for Fun and Better Health?

Dancing for Fun provides dance and movement classes for adults (50+) within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Classes are in sheltered housing and community facilities with an emphasis on enjoyment, meeting new people and getting the body moving, in a sociable and relaxed atmosphere.

It is funded by the Big Lottery and is part of Age UK (formally Age Concern) Fit as a Fiddle programme which champions physical activity and well-being for older people.
