Introduction

LIVING SPORT is working in partnership with Run England to help train new running leaders, support with the setup of official Run England running groups and encourage more people to take up running on a regular basis.

Run England is the official England Athletics recreational running project which aims to get the whole nation running.

Regardless of your age, fitness level, aspiration, background, or location you can be a part of Run England and benefit from being a part of England's running community. We are here to help and encourage more people to run, and to run more often.

So whatever you want to get from your running Run England & LIVING SPORT is here to encourage and support you. (And to make sure we all have some fun with our running)!

Funding for Leadership in Running Fitness Courses available now

If you live in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough we have funding available to support you in becoming an Running leader. We can fund 50% of the LiRF qualification.

Once qualified, you will have the skills and insurance needed to deliver fun and safe sessions to groups of runners with different abilities, including new runners and those who already run but want to progress.

We have developed an expression of interest form giving you the opportunity to tell us where and when you would like to see our courses delivered. This survey is designed to understand the interest in running leadership courses across Cambridgeshire so we ensure that each course we provide is accessible.
