The coronavirus pandemic is changing the way in which we all live our lives and with us currently in a state of lockdown with very limited opportunity to exercise it’s more important than ever to remain physically active, even if it looks slightly different to your normal group exercise.

We are here to help!

Over the upcoming weeks we are going to use this platform to share with you some ideas on how to be active. You don’t need expensive gym equipment, or lots of space, just a positive attitude.

Join us on our twitter page everyday at 12:00 where we will be providing a #middaymovement, and sharing stories of how some of our brilliant partners are keeping active too. Our facebook page will also be sharing workouts. We want to hear exactly how you are remaining active, so get in touch on social media and use the hashtag #StayInWorkOut.

Remaining physically active is one way to support your mental wellbeing, however if you are struggling over this period the team at Mind have a brilliant support page here.
