Chris' Story: Tackling Type 2 Diabetes with a Newfound Love for Cycling

After a Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis, Chris turned to road cycling to improve his fitness and found the sport had a big impact on his life. His Diabetes is now in check, he's an active member of a cycling community and has now started a business to motivate others to get active to improve fitness and mental well-being.
