A club at the heart of its community, this award recognises their commitment to all aspects of club life from club management, development, and performance, to participation, community engagement and sustainability.

Nominated clubs must have achieved or maintained their status as a quality club e.g. Club Mark.

In the absence of training since March 2020, this club will be considered against the following criteria:

  • Made a significant impact to their community during the lockdown, either through sport and physical activity or another means e.g. provided services for charitable causes.
  • Been open and accessible to all members of the community, encouraging more people to be involved and engaged in sport and physical activity, having a positive impact on people’s lives.
  • Committed to alternative training for the promotion of their club to the wider community and invested in the development of volunteers and coaches for a safe and supportive environment.
