Inclusive Activity Programme (IAP) Workshop - 11th June 2022

The workshop will focus on the social model of inclusion using the Activity Inclusion Model, and will support participants to:

• Learn about practical tools to support inclusive delivery.
• Explore creative ideas to support disabled people to take part in physical activity and sport.
• Learn about local groups, activities and further training opportunities.
• Learn about the ten ‘Talk to Me Principles’.

Following this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to benefit from:

• An online platform created by UK Coaching through which IAP participants have access to support their on-going learning and practice.
• A digital community to ask questions, share ideas and network with other coaches; enabling them to learn and develop from each other in an informal and accessible way.
• Communities of practice, bringing groups of participants back together.
• Online mentoring support and information sessions via quarterly drop-in clinics and webinars.
