Being active can build your children’s self confidence, reduce anxiety and improve their self-esteem. Over the upcoming period your children won’t be able to access their usual PE lesson, however there are plenty of ways they can still access the lovely benefits of being active whilst at home. Inspired by Disney classics such as Toy Story, Frozen and The Lion King these 10 minute games are perfect to get your kids moving and having fun.
