• Demonstrated the power of sport and physical activity to improve lives.  
• Embedded the development of sport or physical activity in the community through being open and accessible.  
• Addressed the needs of underserved groups and resulted in increased participation. 
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting, training, recruiting, and recognising volunteers or coaches.
