Ping! Peterborough Launch

Living Sport is working in partnership with Table Tennis England, Peterborough City Council, Viridor Peterborough and Vivacity to bring a network of outdoor table tennis tables to Peterborough.

Saturday 8 June sees the launch of Ping! Peterborough, with people being encouraged to come down to Central Park from 10am, Peterborough  to join in with the celebrations of the Family Fun sports Day, organised in partnership with the Friends of Central Park.

There are two outdoor tables installed at Central Park. The tables are open access, free for anyone to use from dawn until dusk; with bats and balls provided, so just grab a bat and play!

There will be coaches from Archway Table Tennis Club and Whittlesey Table Tennis Club there to offer coaching and support to participants throughout the day.

There will also be opportunities to take part in other sports on the day at the park, including cricket, tennis, karate and bowling from local clubs.
